Britney Spears to shoot Criminal video in London

Pop princess Britney Spears arrived in London this week and was instantly taken on a whirlwind of press and TV promotion for her upcoming European tour. This culminated in a launch party on Friday night in London’s Sanctum Soho Hotel.
Spears had announced last month via Twitter that she would be shooting her next video for single Criminal in London. A place she recently referred to as her ‘second home’

“Decided to shoot the Criminal video in the streets of merry old England when I get there.”

“So excited to stop over in the UK before I start my European tour in a few weeks. Can’t wait! I LOVE London, it’s like my second home."

The video which brings Britney back together with Chris Marrs Piliero, director of I Wanna Go was rumored to be taking place this weekend in East London, Dalston to be exact. If you hurry down there, you might just catch a glimpse of her!

There are SO many great tracks on Femme Fetale and I was hoping that the next video would either be for Inside Out, He About To Lose Me or Up Down. Spears has however promised a great concept for this latest video saying she was

“…thinking of a really cool concept for the video just to make it interesting"

I Wanna Go certainly is different.. lets hope Criminal lives up to the hype..
